PDF Viewer FAQ
Can I search text in a scanned PDF?
Only if the document already contains extractable text. Scanned image-only pages may have no searchable or selectable text because this viewer does not perform OCR.
Can I edit, sign or unlock any PDF?
No editing or signing tools are provided. Supported password-protected PDFs can prompt for a password locally, but the viewer does not bypass encryption or guarantee support for every password variant.
What are the PDF size and rendering limits?
PDF input is limited to 200 MiB and the render surface to 16 megapixels per page. Browser memory may impose lower practical limits. Embedded attachments are not executed.
